01 How it works
Show up. Treat. Repeat.
I scope your line
I come out, see what we're dealing with, and set the plan for your kitchen.
Monthly treatment, on schedule
Every month, on schedule, I treat your drains. No waiting for a backup to call somebody.
You never think about it again
The bacteria keep working between visits. Fewer odors. No drain flies. No drama.
02 Why biological
Live bacteria. Not harsh chemicals.
Chemical drain cleaners burn through the clog — and your pipes. Biology does it better.
Live bacteria, not just enzymes
The bacteria colonize your drain line and keep digesting grease between my visits. Enzyme-only products can't do that.
Safe for your pipes
100% natural. No harsh chemicals eating at your plumbing, your staff's hands, or your kitchen.
Kills the side effects too
Grease buildup causes odors and drain flies. The treatment takes the whole problem down — not just the clog.
03 Who you're dealing with
You call Mike. You get Mike.
I'm Mike Schatzel. I run Steel City Solution Services, based in Coraopolis, serving restaurants across the Pittsburgh area.
A clogged pipe shuts down a kitchen. My job is making sure that never happens to you. I've kept every account by doing one simple thing: showing up.
I'm local, I answer my own phone, and if something goes wrong, I'm the one who shows up. I'm also a licensed Pennsylvania contractor — PA105670. I know my way around a building, not just a salesman with a drum.
04 FAQ
Good questions. Straight answers.
We're already dealing with a blockage. Can you help?
If you're backed up right now, call me — I'll tell you straight whether the treatment is the fix or whether you need the line cleared first. Then we make sure it doesn't happen again.
What does it cost?
Every kitchen is different — line length, condition, how often I need to come out. Call or text me and I'll give you a straight number. No games.
Where do you work?
Restaurants across the Pittsburgh area. I'm based in Coraopolis and I come to you.
Is it safe for my pipes?
It's a 100% natural biological treatment — live bacteria, no harsh chemicals. Safe for your pipes, your staff, and your kitchen.
How often do you come out?
Every month, on schedule. The bacteria keep working between visits, so your lines stay clean instead of cycling between fine and emergency.
